Jenny is the Founder and Executive Chef at I Forgot It's Wednesday supperclub, a small weekly gathering of like-minded foodies for unique food, drinks, and banter.
She is also an independent private chef, business consultant, food writer / blogger, and wannabe artiste in New York City. Her current day job is at Le Pain Quotidien working on Global Food & Beverage Development.
Jenny ultimately wants to help build a sustainable food system that enriches the lives of each person involved. She also wants to change the relationship many people have with food by helping them develop a deeper appreciation for their body, community, and environment through thoughtful cooking and eating.
When Jenny isn't nibbling or cooking, she can usually be found practicing hot yoga or fencing. Jenny has been fencing since she's 13 and is a nationally ranked competitive fencer. Traveling is also one Jenny's absolute favorite things (ample fodder for more food documentation!); she just visited Japan and Korea and is planning a Spain trip for the beginning of 2014.
